Telephone table #1: Wenge and Padauk are the 2 species of wood used in this table. Where each piece touched another, I would use the alternate wood. The detail in the drawer and trellis really added to this piece. It was sanded past 220 grit and then finished with Daly’s “teak oil”. This is a very unique table that really stands out.
